BILL STEWART

I began my Real Estate career in San Francisco in 1973 selling investment properties. 

In 1975 I opened, along with a partner, San Francisco Land Co., a successful Real Estate Brokerage firm.

In 1980 I  left the San Francisco market and began a new company which specialized in the formation of investment groups which bought and sold Real Estate investment properties such as shopping centers, medical buildings, and apartment buildings in Arizona, Texas, and California.

In 1990 I made a decision to change the focus of my Real Estate business to residential property,(although I have continued to handle commercial  transactions as well).  I began my own company called “Bill Stewart Realtor”, which operated independently and successfully until January 1997. At that time my wife, Nancy, retired from a 25 year nursing career to join me as a partner and together we chose to join Frank Howard Allen Realtors. We selected the Novato office as a base because of the proximity to our home in Indian Valley.

In 2000, we opened Provident Real Estate to continue to grow in excellence and serve our clients at a higher level.  We continued to operate successfully for 10 years.  As the market contracted, with the growing pressures of ownership and management of the current economy, we decided to merge with Alain Pinel Realtors as of January 1, 2011.  In November 2016 our team received an offer to align with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. After carefully considering the company’s “international reach” and other numerous service benefits made to our clients, we agreed to accept the offer.

 

NANCY STEWART

In 1997 I joined my husband Bill in the Real Estate business, after a 25 year career as a nurse.  I had worked as a discharge planner and care manager for the elderly at Kaiser in San Rafael. Like most married couples, we individually have different gifts and abilities. Over the past seventeen years, we have worked hard to separate our duties and responsibilities accordingly to insure the highest level of service. I have always had a passion for helping people in need, so the transition into Real Estate wasn’t difficult. 

 

SEAN STEWART

After graduating in 2002 from Chico State University, with a degree in Media Arts, I became an integral part of The Stewart Team as a Real Estate Sales Agent.

I enjoy working directly with clients and bring a technology savvy that allows me to see opportunities and react to changes in the real estate market quickly to the benefit of the clients’ desires and needs. I provide them with updated values of the market and comparable properties to insure confidence in their search to ultimately find a property that meets their needs and/or sell their home and identify a new home. 

Working closely with my parents, the combination of strong technology skills along with experience in making and keeping deals together result in a positive transactional outcome for our clients!

I enjoy taking on challenges and serving the needs of all our clients, both Buyers and Sellers. My devotion, communication and technological background serve our clients with the advantage of knowing what to expect and where the market is heading, maximizing sellers dollars and making the transactions a smooth process.

 

 

NINA LO COCO

Born and raised in Marin County, Nina graduated from Dominican University of California with a BA in Business Administration and a minor in Leadership Studies. Nina has a natural entrepreneurial spirit due to growing up working in her successful family business, Lo Coco’s Pizzeria that has been serving the community for over four decades. Nina has experience in sales, finance, marketing and property management giving her a wide range of knowledge in exceptional customer service and networking.

As a part of The Stewart Team, Nina is dedicated to her clients whether working with buyers or sellers, making them her top priority. The Stewart Team has over 40 years of real estate experience and has consistently been in the top-ranking sales in their markets.
